I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but after two separate experiences, I felt it was important to leave an honest review. A few months ago, I placed an order and received a call the following morning stating that the driver had already completed deliveries in that area and would not be driving back, so my order was canceled altogether. While disappointing, I decided to give the business another chance. This time, I placed my order an entire week in advance to avoid any issues. On the day of delivery, I received a call stating that the driver had been knocking on the door and nobody was answering. However, the recipient works from home and was there the entire time, so that explanation immediately seemed questionable. I then asked if the flowers could simply be left at the door, and the response I received came across noticeably irritated and dismissive. About five minutes later, I received another call stating that the driver actually could not locate the house at all. At that point, I had to stop working to help navigate and pinpoint the location myself. What made this even more frustrating is that the address is easily searchable on Google Maps and pro

I ordered a bouquet for my mom based on the beautiful, full arrangement shown online. What she actually received looked much smaller and had noticeably fewer flowers than advertised. I understand and accepted the substitution policy, but substitutions shouldn’t mean cutting the quantity. The overall arrangement just didn’t match the value or presentation shown on the website. Really disappointing experience and honestly felt like we got ripped off.

I placed an order for my mother’s birthday same day , I did not check the time they closed at 3:30 but I got off at 4. The owner (I’m guessing) called me and was able to put them somewhere no one was able to see so I was able to get the beautiful flowers for my mother for her birthday she loved them! This is amazing service & definitely will be back to purchase more! Highly recommend!

Upside: they were able to accommodate a corsage order with 1 day notice. Downside: the corsage fell apart before my son’s date reached the dance. It was $34.99 with only 2 roses. The most simple design I’ve seen in my entire life. Plus the edges of the roses were already turning brown. The glitter on the wrist was carelessly and mistakenly folded on the inside when it should have been visible on the outside. I could have made a better corsage that this. My son said the remaining rose on the corsage fell apart by the end of the night. I do not recommend. 0/10. Save your money. It basically looks like a boutonnière by how small it is.

My wife ordered a Cross easel from this store for a funeral. Staff was very patience taking order even though She was not sure about the flowers selection. Staff was enthusiastic and friendly. Price is reasonable and the arrangement is gorgeous. My wife is so happy with their services. Our easel looked stand out amongst others. Thank you for continue providing excellent services. Justine G
